Sonfa is an online ceramic drinkware brand operated by Chaozhou Songfa Ceramics Co., Ltd. This Return and Refund Policy explains how return requests, authorized returns, and refunds are handled for orders placed on sonfa.shop.
1. Return Period
You may request a return within 30 calendar days after your order has been delivered.
Requests submitted after the 30-day return period may not be eligible for approval.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, an item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition;
- Include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and included materials;
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase or a valid order number; and
- Receive return authorization from Sonfa before it is sent back.
Sonfa may inspect returned items before approving a refund.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Customized or personalized products;
- Products damaged because of misuse, improper care, or accidental damage;
- Items sent without return authorization; and
- Products returned in an unacceptable condition.
4. Return Authorization
Before returning any product, please contact our customer support team at service@sonfa.shop to request return authorization.
Once your request is approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions. Returns sent without authorization may be refused or delayed.
5. Authorized Returns Address
Approved returns must be sent only after return authorization has been issued by Sonfa.

Please contact us before returning any item. Once your request is approved, we will provide the applicable return instructions.
Do not send returns to our manufacturing facility or to any address shown on the original package unless our customer service team specifically instructs you to do so.
The Huntsville address is used for authorized returns and customer service correspondence. It is not Sonfa’s registered business address, manufacturing facility, retail store, or order fulfillment warehouse.
6. Return Shipping Costs
If a return is caused by our error, including an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, Sonfa will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
For returns requested for personal reasons, including changed mind, incorrect purchase, or no longer needed, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
7. Re-stocking Fee
Sonfa does not charge a re-stocking fee for approved returns.
8. Refund Processing
After an authorized return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Refunds are normally processed within 5–10 business days after approval. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
9. Exchanges
We support exchanges for eligible products.
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at service@sonfa.shop with your order information and the item you wish to receive.
Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
If the requested replacement item is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product or issue a refund in accordance with this policy.
10. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery.
To help us review your request, please provide:
- Your order number;
- A description of the issue;
- Photos of the product; and
- Photos of the shipping package, if applicable.
