Return Period

You may request a return within 30 days after the order is delivered.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused.
  • Item must be in its original condition.
  • Original packaging must be included.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Non-returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Items returned without authorization

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (incorrect, damaged, or defective item), SONFA will pay the return shipping cost.

If the return is requested for personal reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.

Refund Processing

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days after delivery and provide:

  • Description of the issue
  • Photos of the product and packaging
