Sonfa is an online ceramic drinkware brand operated by Chaozhou Songfa Ceramics Co., Ltd. This Shipping Policy explains our shipping destinations, order handling times, estimated delivery times, shipping fees, tracking, and customer support information.
1. Shipping Destination
Sonfa currently sells and ships to customers within the United States only.
We do not currently offer international shipping. If our shipping regions change, this policy will be updated accordingly.
2. Shipping Origin
All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in the United States.
3. Handling Time
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Order processing takes place Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM Central Time (CT) will be processed on the next business day.
Additional payment verification or order review may extend processing time.
4. Estimated Transit Time
Estimated standard transit time within the United States is 3–7 business days.
Actual delivery times may vary because of carrier operations, weather conditions, peak shopping seasons, public holidays, and unexpected transportation delays.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
5. Estimated Total Delivery Time
The estimated total delivery time is 4–10 business days.
Total delivery time = handling time + transit time.
6. Shipping Fees
- Free standard shipping on orders of USD $79.00 or more;
- Flat-rate standard shipping of USD $8.99 on orders below USD $79.00.
All prices and shipping charges are displayed and charged in U.S. Dollars (USD).
7. Duties and Taxes
For orders delivered within the United States, customers will not be charged import duties or customs fees at checkout unless otherwise stated before purchase.
Applicable sales tax, if any, will be shown during checkout.
8. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. The email may include:
- Tracking number;
- Shipping carrier; and
- Tracking link, when available.
Tracking information generally becomes available within 24–48 hours after shipment.
9. Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address before completing checkout.
Sonfa is not responsible for shipping delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping charges caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to update your shipping address before your order has been shipped. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered processing or has been shipped.
10. Delivery Delays
While we work to provide timely delivery, delays may occur because of circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather, carrier delays, public holidays, natural disasters, or transportation disruptions.
11. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, or if you believe that a shipment has been lost, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.
To help us investigate, please provide:
- Your order number;
- A description of the issue; and
- Photos of the package or product, if applicable.
We will review the request and work with the relevant shipping carrier to provide an appropriate resolution.
